What is the delivery time?
Shizzie.nl ships to all of Europe. We guarantee that your order is shipped within 2 work days after the payment has been received. Usually we can ship it sooner, but this depends on the amount of orders we receive on these days.


Delivery in the Netherlands
In general, the mailbox or package service from PostNL takes one to two workdays to deliver orders in the Netherlands, but quite often they take a bit longer. We can’t do anything about that; once the shipment is handed over to PostNL, we don’t have any control over the delivery time anymore.

Delivery Europa
After we have shipped them out, orders to EU countries are delivered in 2 to 5 work days. On a regular base the mailbox deliveries take longer.  We can’t do anything about that; once the shipment is handed over to PostNL, we don’t have any control over the delivery time anymore.
Shipping costs:
Orders are shipped as mailbox post, mailbox package or package. If the order contains only jewellery, these are shipped as mailbox post. If the order contains clothing, these are often shipped as a mailbox package or package. The shipping costs are mentioned in the shopping basket on the website.

How can I pay?
IDeal
This payment option offers the benefit for its customers, that payment is done straight from their bank account. The order amount is transferred immediately.
Bancontact/Mister Cash
Bancontact is a popular payment system used in Belgium. It is comparable to IDeal.

Belfius
One of the largest banks in Belgium, Belfius, offers their own payment system for her customers. Belfius customers can transfer money in realtime from within their trusted financial environment.

PayPal
PayPal offers direct transferral of money. In case of a delayed transfer, we ship your order as soon as we receive your payment.
Transfer in advance
You can transfer the money yourself, through your normal bank account. All details are in the confirmation e-mail and below. Always mention your order number in your transaction details.

Credit Card
The credit card is card that offers a global way of payment. Every expenditure will not be written from your bank account until the end of the month. We charge an extra fee of € 0,49 for this type of transaction.

I did not receive my order, what to do?
This is very annoying and we love to help you. We advise you to wait for one week, from the shipping date. During that time PostNL might still deliver. If you live outside of the Netherlands, please allow for 10 days waiting time. If, by then, you still did not receive your order, please send us an e-mail (info@shizzie.nl). Mention your order number in the e-mail. Did you lose your order number? Then please make sure to mention your full name and address.

I received the wrong article, what to do?
Please contact us as soon as possible and mention your order number.

I did not receive the confirmation e-mail, now what?
It is possible that the e-mail has been moved to your 'unwanted e-mail' or 'spam' folder, so check these first. If it isn’t there either, please send an e-mail to info@shizzie.nl. Please mention your name and address details in the e-mail.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 14 days after purchase, under the condition that the item is not worn or damaged. You also need to send the printed invoice along with the item.
The shipping costs for the return will not be refunded (unless we made the mistake in the first place, of course). Contact us before you return an item.

No, our jewellery does not contain nickel.

Can you gift wrap my order?
Orders are wrapped, as standard, in nice bags with little bows or stickers. If your order is for a special occasion, be sure to mention it in the comments of your order. Than we will try our best to wrap it to suit the occasion.
